WHAT ARE THE PATIENT FINANCING OPTIONS? The HELPcard® offers financing options to a wide variety of consumers ranging from those with excellent credit to those with limited or moderate credit histories. We also offer several different promotional options which allow you to customize the lending options that work best for your business needs. IS THE FINANCING NON-RECOURSE TO THE PROVIDER IF THE CONSUMER DOES NOT PAY? Yes! Non-recourse financing is a trademark of our HELPcard® program. Under this plan, we absorb all loses. WHAT IS THE COST TO THE PROVIDER? There are two financing plans available to the provider - The HELP Plan and The Ultimate Plan. Depending upon your specialty and consumer base, one of these plans will be best for you. The service fees vary by plan; for non-recourse financing, the service fees start as low as 4.5%. ARE THERE ANY SET UP OR ENROLLMENT FEES? No! The only cost aside from the service fee assessed at the time a consumer charge is submitted, is a $10.00 per month participation fee. HOW DO I GET PAID? Accepted consumer charges are directly deposited into your bank account in as little as 48 hours following the receipt and posting of the charge by The HELPcard®. HOW DO MY CONSUMERS APPLY? We supply you with all the application materials. The application form is brief and can be completed by the consumer while in your office. Applications can be either faxed or telephoned to the credit department and an approval decision can be communicated to you within 5 minutes. HOW DO I ENROLL?
